proverbs 11:28-whoever trusts in his riches will fall but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.
(usually said who is wicked)
proverbs 22:4- Humidity and the fear of Lord bring wealth and honor and life(benefits for those who seek for wisdom)
beware of get rich schemes
proverbs 28:22-A stingy man is eager to get rich and is unaware that poverty awaits him.(a warning to those who is stingy and it is the generous who prosper)
proverbs 15:27-A greedy man brings trouble to his family,but he who hates bribes will live.(Archan's whole family perished because of his greed at Jericho aned bribes are condemned)
proverbs 15:25-The Lords tears down the proud man's house but he keep the widow's boundaries intact.(in ancient time boundary stone marked a person's property.anyone who move such as a stone was,in effect, stealing land)

proverbs 14:23- all hard work brings a profit,but mere talk leads only to poverty.(many proverbs praise diligence and the profit it brings and they condemn laziness as a cause of hunger and poverty)
proverbs10:4-lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hand brings wealth.(so man should work hard for his wealth)
proverbs 11:24-one man gives freely, yet gains even more, another withholds unduly,but comes to poverty(generosity is the path to blessing and further prosperity.by contrast,the stingy person does not make any friends and hurts himself in the long run.)
proverbs 11:11-though the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed.(their good influence and desire for justice as well as the prosperity bring honor to the cuty. their deceit,dishonesty and sowing of discord.)

14,for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold.(the psalmist nakes the same claim for the commands and precepts of the Lord)
15,she is more precious than rubies,nothing you desire can compare with her.(although rubies were the most priceless jewels in the ancient world,they are considered of less value than wisdom)
16, long life is in her right hand and in her left hand are riches an honor.
the quetions to ask is "is it WISE thing to do?'

proverbs 13:11-dishonest money dwindles away,but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.(such as wealth gain by extortion-dishonest money)
proverbs 21:17-he who loves pleasure will become poor,whoever loves wine and oil will never be rich(wine and oil both were associated with lavish feasting )
proverbs 21:20-in the house of the wise are stores of choice food and oil, but a foolish man devours all he has.

proverbs 22:7-the rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.(one of the reasons why putting up security for someone else was frowned upon)
